Peer Reviews!

How do you feel about peer reviews? What have your experiences with them been like? I feel that peer reviews are needed and they are a good way for students to evaluate each others writing. Some people may become offended by others comments or tips to great writing but in my opinion I thinks its an great experience. I look at it as an easy rough draft grade so you can get a better grade at the end of your course.
